Careways Agency was established in 2005 to provide nursing, care and auxiliary staffing services to nursing, residential homes and hospices in Worthing and the surrounding areas. Training services are provided to their own staff and to other care providers.

A recent unannounced inspection by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) gave an “Excellent” rating and this is reflected in its customer retention and steady business growth. The Agency is unique in that all of its profits are donated in their entirety to Careways Trust for the furtherance of its work in care of older people.

Careways Agency is now established as a highly professional and reliable nursing agency and is expanding its services to provide domiciliary care, offering the same high calibre and professional staff to care for people within the community in their own homes.
